From My Heart to Yours

Hello Beautiful Sacred Soul,

Thank you for being here. Choosing to explore your inner life — whether for healing, meaning, or greater connection — is not a small thing. Your presence matters, and the pace at which you engage with this work is entirely your own.

Within each of us is an innate capacity for awareness, care, and wisdom. For some, this is experienced as spiritual or divine; for others, as a deep sense of knowing or inner steadiness. My role is not to define that experience for you, but to offer frameworks, practices, and a grounded presence that may support you in reconnecting with what already lives within you.

This work is about meeting yourself with greater safety and compassion — tending to the nervous system, listening to your inner experience, and allowing healing and integration to unfold at a pace that respects your history and capacity. Nothing here is meant to rush, fix, or override any part of you.

If my work resonates with where you are right now, you’re welcome to engage in whatever way feels supportive. And if it doesn’t, that matters too. You are the authority on your own experience.

With love and gratitude,
Allison

Hi! I'm Allison Batty-Capps

Allison Batty-Capps is a licensed therapist, spiritual teacher, and consciousness guide who works at the intersection of psychology, neuroscience, and spirituality. Her work supports people in reconnecting with their inner wisdom, developing embodied self-trust, and relating to their healing and spiritual lives with greater safety, clarity, and agency.

Rather than offering awakening or healing as something to be given or achieved, Allison’s approach emphasizes creating the conditions for individuals to access what is already inherent within them — including resilience, meaning, and a sense of connection that may be described as spiritual or divine. Her work is grounded in nervous-system awareness, ethical trauma-informed practice, and respect for each person’s autonomy, pace, and lived experience.

Through her books, teachings, courses, and mentorship, Allison offers frameworks and practices that support self-healing, embodied integration, and sustainable growth. Her work emphasizes boundaries, discernment, and integration of mind, body, and spirit, helping people cultivate emotional resilience and a sense of sovereignty without bypassing their humanity.

Allison lives in Altea, Spain, with her husband and dog. Her life and work reflect an ongoing commitment to self-awareness, embodiment, and living in alignment with her values — including presence, integrity, and compassion.

Cultivating Compassionate Self-Awareness

True healing begins with learning to meet yourself gently and with curiosity. When our inner landscape feels unfamiliar or overwhelming, emotions and survival responses can take over without our consent. Compassionate self-awareness creates the conditions for understanding rather than self-judgment, allowing even painful or confusing experiences to become workable in their own time.

In this space, you are invited to notice thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations with kindness and presence — not to fix, suppress, or analyze them, but to relate to them from within the body. This form of compassionate witnessing supports nervous-system regulation, deepens embodied awareness, and helps you return to yourself with greater clarity and choice.

As safety, presence, and self-compassion gradually stabilize, many people find they naturally develop increased capacity to stay with their experience without becoming overwhelmed. From this foundation, you may feel ready to explore the deeper integrative work of Embodied Consciousness Integration, grounded in your own pace, agency, and inner authority.

Through this process, you may be supported to:

develop a felt sense of safety and regulation within your body
Relate to protective patterns with curiosity and gentleness rather than shame or self-doubt
Respond to internal and external experiences with greater intention instead of reacting from old survival responses
Strengthen discernment between intuitive knowing and responses shaped by emotional activation or past conditioning
Reconnect with an embodied sense of inherent worth, wholeness, and self-trust

Integrate Your Human and Divine Natures

Embodied Consciousness Integration is a heart-centered, embodiment-based approach that supports clients in integrating consciousness, inner experience, and the physical body into lived wholeness, in ways that are paced, resourced, and grounded.

This work is informed by the understanding that the heart can function as a center of felt meaning and relational wisdom, while consciousness serves as a stabilizing, observing capacity that can support integration when the nervous system feels safe. Embodiment is approached not as a concept or ideal, but as an experiential process through which fragmented, defended, or unintegrated aspects of the self are gently welcomed into present-moment awareness and bodily inhabitation.

Clients are guided — at their own pace and within their own belief framework — to:

Access observer consciousness as a stable, resourced field of awareness
Develop internal structure, presence, and containment that supports safety and regulation
Reconnect with emotional, intuitive, and relational capacities often held in the heart
Notice and relate to unintegrated or wounded aspects of experience without force, urgency, or bypass
Support integration within the body and nervous system, emphasizing grounded embodiment rather than dissociation or transcendence

Aligning With Your Divine Life Plan

For clients who orient spiritually, this process may include exploring experiences of connection, meaning, or a sense of flow that feels larger than the individual self. These experiences are not imposed or interpreted for the client, but are approached as lived, embodied expressions that arise naturally when inner coherence and safety are present.

This approach emphasizes inhabitation rather than ascension, safety rather than urgency, and integration rather than endless processing. It is particularly supportive for individuals who are spiritually sensitive, trauma-aware, or seeking a deeper sense of wholeness that honors both their humanity and their inner life.

Embodied Consciousness Integration does not seek to fix or eliminate parts of the self. Instead, it creates the conditions for natural reorganization and coherence, allowing the nervous system, emotional life, and awareness to come into greater alignment from the inside out.

Connect with and experientially sense Earth consciousness and divine (God) consciousness in ways that feel grounded, embodied, and resourced
Listen for and receive guidance from divine consciousness as an inner, lived experience rather than an external authority
Discern guidance that feels coherent, grounded, and regulating from mental noise, trauma activation, or emotional overwhelm
Integrate unhealed or fragmented aspects of the self into greater internal coherence and wholeness, without force or bypass
Live their soul’s purpose through embodied presence, relational integrity, and nervous-system safety

"I wanted to let you know that I have decided to start taking clients for Trauma Process Facilitation. I've done a couple of free sessions with friends that have gone great & felt really fantastic. I'm developing a reference library and looking into some continuing education courses. This is directly born of the work that I did with you, and I am so grateful for the tools you helped me to develop and the confidence you instilled in me to share this craft with others. Thank you for sharing your beautiful gift with me. It has remained one of the most healing and empowering relationships I have had."

“She brings a grounded and unwavering strength that creates space for whatever needs to surface to do so naturally, in its own time. She does not try to rush or fix anything. Her faith in my process reminds me that healing is not something done to me but something I participate in fully. When my nervous system activates or fear arises, I can meet it with presence instead of being overwhelmed. Because of that, I feel genuinely safe, seen, and held in her presence.”
